How can I apply for an exhibition?
If you are interested in exhibiting your artworks on New Road 2 Art Online Gallery, please send your portfolio in PDF format to: [email protected]. This document should include images of your available artworks. Please mention the following information:
Title, technique, size and price for each artwork.
How much of the sale price goes to the artist?
New Road 2 Art Online Gallery organize online and in-person exhibitions. Therefore, in the in-person exhibition or in the online exhibition, the artist receives 70% of the selling price (excl. shipping costs).
Who is responsible of the cost of artwork framing?
If the artwork is already framed, in this case, the price of the artwork will be announced with and without a frame.
How long does the delivery take?
Usually, the delivery takes up to 14 working days. Artists will prepare the artwork to dispatch but also depending on the preparing artworks for dispatch by artists and the distance between the artist´s atelier and your domicile. New Road 2 Art Online Gallery will keep you updated.
Do dispatch artworks from Which country?
Your shipment will be sending from artist’ country. Normally artworks will dispatch from the artist’s atelier.
Who pays the shipments?
The shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
Who will pay customs & import duties costs?
Buyer, it has to mention that depends on the destination. The charges differ from country to country. Please check custom charges in your country.
Can gallery mention lower price on invoice to avoid import duties?
Unfortunately, not.
What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
If the artwork is damaged at the time of delivery, first of all you will have to inform New Road 2 Art Online Gallery. After that you have to take photos of the damaged package, before and after opening it. The photos must be sent to the following email address: [email protected], within 48 hours of delivery.
Does artist responsible of shipment?
Artist will be responsible of packaging the artworks and delivering to the courier.
